STRENGTH TRAINING

Training consisting of weight bearing and minor cardio exercises, warm up and cool down stretching. Independent and team orientated. A great way to increase strength, balance, stability and flexibility.

Suitable for most ages / abilities

Mondays 12.45pm – 1.45pm  or  2.00pm – 3.00pm
8 Week Course – 1 February to 29 March
No class on 8 March

Wednesdays 11.45am – 12.45pm or 1.00pm – 2.00pm
9 Week Course – 3 February to 31 March
