MEDITATION FOR BEGINNERS

Learn various techniques for meditation, such as raja yoga, breath techniques, guided meditation, kirtan (chanting of Sanskrit mantra, to music), silent mantra recitation.

Each class will include some basic yogic type-stretches to release tension in the body, and then a meditation.
