GENTLE YOGA & MEDITATION

This Gentle Yoga class will consist of some gentle yoga movements to help improve mobility, flexibility and balance followed by a relaxing meditation.

This class is suitable for beginners or those with some yoga experience. Options will be offered to suit most abilities.

BYO Yoga mat, cushion and blanket.

Thursdays 7.00pm – 7.50pm
10 Week Course – 16 July to 17 September

MEDITATION FOR BEGINNERS

Learn various techniques for meditation, such as raja yoga, breath techniques, guided meditation, kirtan (chanting of Sanskrit mantra, to music), silent mantra recitation.

Each class will include some basic yogic type-stretches to release tension in the body, and then a meditation.

Tuesdays 1.00pm – 2.30pm
5 Week Course – 4 August to 1 September

Cost: $150.00

STRENGTH TRAINING

Circuit style training consisting of weight bearing and minor cardio exercises, warm up and cool down stretching. Independent and team orientated. A great way to increase strength, balance, stability and flexibility.

Suitable for most ages / abilities

Mondays 12.45pm – 1.45pm  or  2.00pm – 3.00pm
10 Week Course – 13 July to 14 September

Cost: $120.00

Wednesdays 11.45am – 12.45pm  or  1.00pm – 2.00pm
10 Week Course – 15 July to 16 September

Cost: $120.00

Gentle stretching and breathing exercises to help improve posture, strength and flexibility, and designed to protect the body and mind against stress and lower blood pressure.
Suitable for all ages and abilities.
